Order Processing

1. Orders are usually processed within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

1. Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days post dispatch

2. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method.

2. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

1. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

2. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO / FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Sri Renga Kalakshetra ™ is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
