Refund policy

At Sri Renga Kalakshetra  every product is made, checked, and packed with care so it reaches you safely. If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. 

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Eligibility for Return

Items received in perfect condition cannot be returned. Only orders that meet the conditions below are eligible.

1. The item is damaged or defective on arrival.

2. The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for  

1. Products delivered in good condition.

2. Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery.

3. Damage caused by improper storage, water exposure, dropping, breakage, etc.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for a damaged item, mail us at kalakshetra.srirenga@gmail.com, mentioning your  order number along with parcel opening video attachment. 

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any damage claim, a clear, continuous parcel opening video is required. Claims without a proper parcel opening video cannot be processed.

The video must 

1. Begin before opening the outer package.

2. Clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, and full uncut opening process.

3. Show the inside packaging with the damaged item.

4. Be recorded without cuts, edits, or pauses.

Refunds

If the damage is verified and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
